Here, the familiar boundary between fine art and illustration dissolves, resulting in painterly portraits of the garden and woodland's most magnificent creatures. Each painting is a dense, living tapestry, woven with lush foliage, shimmering light and rich colour, my nod to the decorative, organic elegance of the Art Nouveau movement. 

This style highlights my passion for merging detailed precision with the imaginative compositions of illustration.

 The animals themselves—be it the free-spirited fox, the regal hare, the mystical raven, or the all-knowing wolf—are presented as more than just wildlife; they are sentinels who hold the quiet lore of woodlands and garden-scapes. WILD HEART Tapestries is an invitation to pause, to look closer, and to rediscover the sense of mystery and magic that resides in the depths of our forests and the intimate corners of our gardens. It is a heartfelt tribute, reflecting the artist's lifelong reverence and intimate observations of the natural world since childhood.
