WHY book a CORPORATE TEAM BUILDING paint party?

Accessible to All: No "artistic talent" required. I specialize in accessible realism that ensures every team member leaves with a finished piece they are proud of.

Stress Reduction: Watercolour is a meditative, tactile medium—the perfect antidote to "screen fatigue."

Seamless Logistics: I provide everything. You provide the table space; I provide the inspiration.

    1. Communication & Flow Art breaks down barriers. When your team is focused on the page, the "office hierarchy" disappears, allowing for more natural, relaxed communication and better future collaboration.

    2. Fostering Innovation & "Big Picture" Thinking Creativity is a muscle. Stepping away from spreadsheets and into a watercolour palette encourages employees to think outside the box, leading to more imaginative problem-solving in the workplace.

    3. Morale & Celebration Winning teams celebrate together. A creative workshop is a high-reward activity that boosts team spirit and provides a sense of shared accomplishment—plus, everyone leaves with a tangible "win" to display.

    4. Understanding Strengths & Styles Art reveals how people work—some are detail-oriented, others are bold and experimental. Sharing this creative process helps colleagues understand and appreciate each other’s unique working styles.

    5. Stress Reduction & Mental Clarity Socializing over a creative task is a proven way to increase productivity by reducing "screen fatigue." A happy, relaxed office is a focused and efficient office.

    6. Networking & Connection Building genuine friendships at work is the best way to increase retention. My workshops provide a quiet-ish, focused space where people can actually get to know the person behind the professional title.
